How to configure Yandex mail in Outlook

In this post, we are going to know how to configure Yandex mail in Outlook 2013 Desktop version. Each and every step is explained with screenshots. Please follow steps very carefully.

•  Open Outlook - 2013 On your PC.
•  You can see Menu on the top side.
•  Select FILE in that menu.
•  You can find Add Account button. (You can see in Image-2).

•  When you select Add Account button a new popup window will be open, you can see the popup window in Image-3. 
• Select Manual setup or additional server types.
• Press next to continue.

• Select POP or IMAP (Shown in Image-4)
• Then select next to continue.
• POP and IMAP settings page will be opened

• You need to provide 3 types of information in POP and IMAP Account Settings
• User Information
• Server Information  and
• Logon Information
• You need to provide all required information given by your email provider in our case Yandex Mail.

• After providing all sufficient information you need to select More settings button on which is available in right side down corner (you can see in Image - 6).
• When you tap more settings a new pop up window (Internet E-mail settings) will open (you can see in Image - 7).

• In the Internet E-Mail Settings window, you can find three tabs
• General
• Outgoing Server
• Advance
• Please ignore first tab General and select Outgoing Server tab.
• In the outgoing server tab, you need to select the First option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. No need to select Log on using.
• After completion of the First step go for the Advanced tab (shown in Image-8).

• You need to provide server port numbers (Which one you got from your email provider) in the advanced tab. You can check the below imgar
